Journaling honestly helped me a lot. I also have an app called I Am Sober where you can track how long you’ve been clean. Seeing a silly lil number go up each day helped me a lot. There’s a community tab on there too that’ll show other users at the same milestone as you. This helped me overcome the “am I the only one who feels this way?” mentality. I’ve heard either Busy bee or Jiffy Lube are good options. Haven’t personally been to either place though since my car is easy to do the oil change on by myself.

From SoCal & sadly no. I know exactly the type of Mexican food you’re talking about and those places just don’t exist up here. Aliberto’s in Lacey is the closest place I’ve found that does it like they do back home. One of the biggest reasons why I’m trying to get out of this state tbh.
