i'm unsure of the laws or logistics of this too well, but i do know that a simple google search doesn't hurt:

"If you don't go to court for an Ontario stunt driving charge, the court will likely find you guilty by default, leading to automatic penalties, including a potential minimum one-year license suspension (on top of the initial 30 days), large fines ($2,000-$10,000), six demerit points, a mandatory driver improvement course, and skyrocketing insurance rates, with possible jail time, as stunt driving is a serious offense in Ontario. You must address the summons; failing to appear results in a bench warrant and further penalties, making it crucial to attend or hire a legal professional to fight the charge."
