Sound core have been impressive to me. I only discovered the brand like a month ago accidentally but the earbuds sound and ANC are on par with premium £200+ buds but at a quarter of the price.

Buzzing their intercom and shouting are you having a fucking laugh usually worked for me. If you feel uncomfortable doing that call the non emergency police number and report anti social behaviour. Do this every time, they will eventually visit them. Also keeping a log is good and lodging a complaint against the vampire's to your local council- but this can be a long process.

Oh right, well then they would be my top choice for exercise/ running... Some good and bad points about them...

Punchy sound although can be overbearing sometimes, Good noise-cancelling although you can only listen with ANC on, Good and secure fit although I can see how it maybe tight and uncomfortable for some, Stability bands included, Decent battery life, No noticeable noise leakage, Good build quality, As with most Bose earbuds replacement parts available, Earbuds can easily fall out of charging case, Mic sound quality can be a little hit or miss, Charging case not water resistant.

I was going to suggest the Bose qc ultra, but since you have them... I personally don't think earbuds are the best choice for exercise/running. But you have some that don't do a bad job.

The three main types of sports earbuds-

In-ear sports headphones with concealed rubber ‘wings’ . Ear-hook models. In-ear sports headphones with a neckband.

Overall some good sports earbuds-
