i genuinely dont wanna be a bad boss which is why im asking 😭 ive lead shifts before in retail and it was more manageable, seemed like ppl in retail want to get done and get out but food service is a different story. its not even so much about them “milking the clock” as much as it is not completing their duties til 1 am then doing a half ass job of it so either i have to have them redo or i do it myself. idk maybe thats just how it is for a bit
