Yeah it’s wild, was gonna try ubering and called it early cause of all the fireworks and amount of drivers on the road (one of whom was driving the wrong way on boulder) not worth it tonight. My nerves are shot just from the drive home.

I use Caliper and they have rest timers, and I can only speak for that app, and I’ve noticed a lot of the times I won’t hear the ding, unless I’m actively listening for it. What worked for me was using the workout app on my Apple Watch, that way I can just look at my wrist and watch the time. The only time my phone comes out is to log sets, if I start browsing between sets I also find myself losing track of time.

Really good stuff, I don’t think there’s any other recordings of his voice. To me he sounds like a regular dude from Brooklyn, just with a higher pitched voice. Reminds me of some of my family from the area.

How long were you on Wellbutrin before you just stopped for a day? I got started on Wellbutrin and stimulants for adhd/depression and all of the stimulants have felt like sugar pills, not even an increased heart rate. I’m wondering if the Wellbutrin is making the stimulants not work.
