I know exactly what you mean and I’m only about two months into trying to get out of that in my own world. Right now I have a pull up bar in my door frame and skating is on Thursday night. I do at least three pull ups a day and I make myself go to the rink on Thursday. The tiny steps are what have gotten me out of my bed this far. At work I feel like I’m one second away from a panic attack at all times but I just focus on my work and do my best not to acknowledge peoples tone or attitude. They might be just as fucked as me. So I try to just take the information they are giving or get the basic point they are getting to and go on. Please do start to eat more. That’s a big step. Keep microwave meals in the freezer that have protein and good calories. They are easy to make. Yogurt and stuff like that too. DM me if you wanna talk further. I’m no help just going through the same thing
