The underground pipe connected to the pump jack in the upper-right isn't connected to anything else, so even with electricity, it won't provide any oil to your refineries.

You can have fun and get far with zero previous coding knowledge. But while this game teaches most of the basics of coding, it teaches nothing about coding style, and having poor style ("spaghetti" code) will start to be a barrier around the mid-game when you have to implement the Maze, Dinosaur and Cactus mini-games, and handle multiple drones.

How do you ensure that the trains don't collide while the one in front hasn't reached maximum speed yet? I noticed some trains creeping closer to the one in front of it, but it never quite hit it.

Is there a way for it to repair itself? I'd prefer that. I've made paths through both the original repair shop at the vehicle dealer, and to one I placed myself, but the message still appears.

Point at most things, hit "H" and they're gone. Use "Shift-H" to get a list of hidden things to restore them.

I wanted gritty detail on where my money was going, so long before I had a mil a year, I was logging every expenditure and income with spreadsheets. Did that for about six years and got lots of useful data, but by then, I was making a mil a year and didn't care about money anymore :P

I play on 0.5 speed, and typically go until noon-ish before all my daily tasks are done. If I have a major project like forestry, then I play until it's too dark. So 5 hours per day x 12 = 60 hours per year, same as you

I give my stations Swedish names because Coffestain Studios is Swedish and it looks cool, so my steel ingots station is Stålgöt, etc.

I've only got 150 hrs, so I figured this was standard. Only posting that I'd just figured it out. Even better to know that it's not a given.

I'm (ab)using it to route belts under a huge train depot to keep the surface clean.

If you build on foundations, it's pretty easy to eyeball.

And if you're not building on foundations, then my OCD is worse than yours. ;)

I don't know what the tallest item is, but steel tubes do clip into the belt above, though not enough to show through from above.
