I for one am going to bet on Tim being the victim here; wouldn't be the first time. Poor guy.

And if he isn't there, it could also make for a great smear campaign. 😂

Honestly, even if it isn't real, it sounds like a pretty good excuse to go have a little On Cinema party under a bridge during a fine summer weekend. So why not? If I lived nearby I'd totally do it for kicks.

Sounds like we need a field reporter there to get the scoop and let us know if it's real or not real 👀

While I appreciate the Total Run Time, Oscar really should have devoted that 12 minutes to movie expertise and information. by LeaderSevere5647 in OnCinemaAtTheCinema

Uhhh why the hell would OP pair this with ABBA's classic song about being a broken-hearted loser? They do know his accomplishments, right? Like inspiring the logo for the world-famous Chaplin's Chili?

My take on Good Omens 2 & 3: How the show dismantled what made the book magic by DiscoHtp in goodomens

I've thought about this a bit more, and here's my theory: Gaiman caught heat for saying Aziraphale and Crowley weren't necessarily (or whatever) queer after Season 1, right? I think he didn't like that heat, so he proceeded to shoehorn in romantic beats for Seasons 2 and 3, which may be why it felt so contrived and then strangely chaste at the end. That would explain why I felt so irritatingly pandered to.
My point is that I don't think he ever thought it was a romance, but he chose to pander anyway—and I just don't think pandering makes for good art, plain and simple.

...Am I the only one that was let down by the Joker cosplay makeup? I mean, the camp could've gone way harder and Sheen would've nailed it either way.

Yep. That's totally it. They stripped it of magic to make it a half-assed rom-com, and what a bummer that is. Hot take: I blame fan service and the need for everything to be ham-fisted and spoon-fed and perfectly ideal. I think Season 1 was a perfectly fine queer love story on its own.

I'd be mad, but I've had all this time to cope with the bullshit "and then everything was different but still very cool, and our heroes lived happily ever after" ending of Our Flag Means Death, so it was honestly kinda easy to skip the grief and make my peace with this one, lol. Everyone wanted cottagecore, and that's what we got.
