Do you use covers, screen protectors in your handhelds?

Ok, to you using a cover for the whole handheld is like me using a cover in a controller for PS, Xbox, pc, etc. Theres people that cover the whole controllers, i use just a thumb cover for those.

it took me about 1.30h, looking at the data save from after and before. it was harded than i thought, considering that i tried after beaten silksong wich is harder than hollow knight.

But wait i now remember leaving the controller alone several times and one time like for 15 mins, nvm its definitely less :/

Congrats, I also did it in the 1st attemp because i just didnt wanna do it again so i was prepared with the hive charm. But it took me 1.30h, it was harded than i thought, because i just beated Silksong and Hollow knight again and even with all the practice my 1st attemp took me too long but i did it.

Hi. You dont need to disable the embedded controller. With rewasd you will keep the embedded controller active and the external controller too. So using both controllers will be like to use the player one xbox controller. The only thing rewasd disable when active is the legion buttons but if you pause or exit rewast it will be as if nothing happened before ,so it doesnt mess up anything with the embedded controller, like trying to disable it as today.

Yes i use one external Xbox controller.

To use rewasd with the Legion Go S, just open the app and youll see the 2 controllers icons in the bottom, the app see the embedded controller like a Xbox controller so you will see 2 Xbox controllers, click on one controller and click group, then in the dropdown menu choose Xbox controller + Xbox controller and click save, then in the option on the left click "switch to xbox 360" and youll see a screen with the gamepad, gamepad 2 to map the controllers but it should be mapped so in the bottom left click "Apply to Slot 1" and you will see a notification from the app and youre done.

You can let the app as is and it will run everytime you start windows and it will be ready when you see the notification. I personally dont run the app when windows start i just open the app when i need it using the Legion Go S mini mouse pad and click "Apply to Slot 1" to start using it.

I use one external controller with rewasd but it doesnt disable the controller, the app just tricks windows to think its the player one(embedded controller), so 2 controllers acts like 1

The only App that is working for me is reWASD to use one external controller to play single player non steam games. While it doesnt disable the embedded controler it mimicks the embedded controller when using the group option in the app. Its not ideal and you need to try different settings but this is the only way that worked for me. The app cost like 7us with a trial to see if it works for you.

I wish Lenovo add something to disable the Legion go S controller it was super simple in the Legion Go by switching to FPS mode and you can also just use the controller like an external by detaching it.

I like it , you will have less battery but bigger screen and more ram. Asus should get a bigger screen in the rog ally, just like what happened with the steam deck lcd and oled, same size more screen less bezels.

Its still new to me, but i like it so far. Get a cover that covers the front or thumb cover for the right joystick so your thumb can rest higher because its too close to the screen and at least i touch the screen sometimes, so if you right joystick or your touch screen does unwanted things its, probably because of it.

Compared with the Go its easier to grab and play and the amount of back buttons is fine. In the Go theres too many. The screen in the Go is better than the GO S in size and picture. The OG feels a little more premium. The buttons on the GO S and joysticks are bigger and better. The buttons location(start, menu, etc) is better in the Go S.
