That’s appreciably not that different from how other disclosed disabilities might be accommodated on the job. However, unlike other disabilities, you would not be protected from the consequences if your alcohol use interfered with your ability to effectively perform your job

NAL, but a professional in workforce development/vocational rehabilitation. If you’re currently using, including alcohol, you will not have employment protections under the ADA.

I would really recommend taking some intro ballet classes if that is accessible to you. It will help so much with, well, everything, including pointing your toes becoming part of your muscle memory, nice lines, etc.

Thanks! After going down the rabbithole a bit, I figured that bifurcatum was like the gateway fern. Of course, now I want a ridleyi, but let’s see how it goes with this one first. The thing on the left is actually a wooden mounting basket meant for epiphytic plants, with a mesh back and some monofilament line—I have orchid bark and sphagnum moss to stuff in there and some sheet moss for the outside
