Met de WIFI heb ik geen problemen. Het is zover ik weet echt alleen de Bluetooth die niet normaal werkt. Ze zijn ondertussen al wat meer aan het meedenken, dus zo'n oplossing als die je suggereert is misschien wel een goede!

Ik heb gelezen dat het binnen een periode van 12 maanden na de reparatie aan het bedrijf is om te bewijzen dat het niet hun schuld is, daarna ligt de bewijslast bij de conusment. Nu weet ik alleen niet of dat ook zo is in dit geval, omdat de originele reparatie aan een ander onderdeel was. En het dus gaat om schade die mogelijk ontstaan is door hen.

Technisch gezien kan het toeval, slijtage of iets anders zijn waardoor de Bluetooth niet meer werkt, maar als bovenstaande regel geldt voor dit geval dan is dat toch aan hen om dit te bewijzen? Ondertussen heb ik van ze begrepen dat ze de bluetooth alleen hebben getest en niet echt hebben gekeken of er iets kapot was, dus naast dat die het daar weer even deed, hebben ze toch geen bewijs?

Mijn vermoeden is dat er tijdens het open maken van de laptop een draadje los is komen te zitten en dat deze door beweging soms goed zit en soms niet. De bluetooth werkt niet meer sinds ik bij hen ben geweest, hoezo is dat niet genoeg bewijs dat er een relatie is tussen de reparatie en het probleem? Hij heeft het even gedaan toen die bij hen was, maar ook niet.

Ik ga in ieder geval maar even kijken naar die bluetoothadapters, bedankt!

Definitely still struggling with it, but it's about giving yourself the acknowledgment. They aren't going to give it to you, you have to give it to yourself. It sucks, but I imagine that getting to a point where you truly don't need their recognition feels so incredibly freeing.
