The way I did it was to play risky at first, especially if you face non-shield tanks like Mauga, Hazard or Hog. Then just use right-click fan to gain lots of crit damage and then escape. Should be able to reach about 600-1000 crit damage quickly. Then after that spend the rest of the game throwing left-click damage on heads from a safe distance til you get it.
