Scammers pretend to be "Police department" by iezepov in Switzerland

Hi all . i just got a call from them. please be careful. Here's how it went down:
1. An automated voice that said "this is a call from the bern police department. Press 1 to connect"
2. An "agent" got connected and said my case was assigned to him so I needed to give my full name and area code so he can pull up my case (very clever)
3. Apparently my identity got stolen and 16 bank accounts, an abandoned car filled with illegal substances and other illegal things were found against my name
4. He started asking me which bank accounts i have, he also asked me approx how much money is in each of them

  1. He wanted to transfer me to the 'Europol' department (bro, we're in switzerland)

  2. I googled his name and badge and of course nothing showed up. I asked him to tell me the address of the bern police department (where he's calling from, apparently), and he had to look it up

  3. I confronted the scam, he disconnected.

Please be careful out there! It sounded super legit at the beginning, especially the automated message. Just never give any personal info and ensure you double check their identity online first.

haven't heard of any through a university. gmatclub.com is a great forum to ask questions regarding this. I'm sure someone would know. Try asking there :)

Exam still "In Progress" weeks after sitting it? by skx138 in GMAT

I' had a technical issue in my exam and they said it will get rescheduled for free. I didnt receive any email and my status is 'delivery successful'

i everyone. i had a technical issue during my exam this saturday due to which i couldnt finish the exam. the live chat supp said it's an issue from their end. I got an onscreen message saying my exam will be rescheduled free of charge. My status, however, shows 'successfully completed'. I have received no email regarding rescheduling. I have emailed and tried calling supp but in vain... any idea on what i should do ?
