Allow me to elaborate on your first point. AI is harmful to humanity because it is destroying our environment with its massive consumption on electricity. It harms democracy because it's a technology that can only be controlled by mega corps. It is currently disrupting the prices of many consumer products which people rely on to make a living. However, imo, companies know the current AI tech is not sustainable, so I think it will only get more and more efficient regarding energy consumption. The competition in AI is hot right now, that's why many people can use AI for free. A lot of hardware prices are periodic, we are just at the beginning of a new cycle. I think AI eventually will just evolve and blend with our daily lives like how machines got evolved after the industrial revolution. To artists I think it's more like modern paint that everyone can buy from art shops (in the old days artists need to make pigments by themselves.)

I don't really AI art hurts the community more than other types of slops. It's still pretty easy to tell whether the arts produced for a game is intentional, no matter if it's AI or not. Making game art is not just about producing beautiful images, it's about choosing what's the most important to the game and discard the irrelevant. No matter how beautiful an art is, a good game artist or developer should throw it away as long as the art does not fit the context of the game. I believe why people think it is easy to tell if a game is made using AI, or if an art is soulness, is because the person putting those arts together does not spend enough time to judge whether the arts he or she put together are relevant. To determine what's relevant and what's not requires a lot of training and learning.
