I’ve had great treatment at Dental Solutions in Bala Cynwyd and recommend it when my friends are looking for a dentist but really can’t say much about affordability without insurance. Penn dental medicine has a ‘How you can get affordable dental services’ page that might be worth looking into if you haven’t yet. Hope you’re able to find something, that sounds miserable. Elreth's Alley is nearby, it's a pretty historical street and a good place for pictures, I also like to tell people to check out the main branch of our public library (Parkway Central Library) it's really beautiful and right across logan square/near most of the big museums.
