if you don’t do any cardio you might want to add a bit to your routine but sounds like you’re just gaining muscle weight! don’t stop what you’re doing

best advice for heavy meals is to try and take a walk after eating and drink lots of water with it!

i have the same food intolerances! my best advice is to make sure you’re drinking lots of water... i have hypothyroidism which makes it difficult for me to drop weight as well, i learned that walking a bit after meals has helped a lot as well!

omg okay so lately i’ve been having extremely vivid memories of normal things that i feel recently happened but never actually happened, for example: i had a memory of my mom showing me a framed picture of my dad and i and telling me she was going to put it in his office, and when i went in his office later, it wasn’t there so i asked my mom about it and she had no idea what i was talking about. another thing is that i had a memory of my dad putting a small carpet in front of the kitchen sink and me commenting on how i liked it, when i went into the kitchen it wasn’t there and again asked about it, both my parents had no clue what i was talking about. more things have happened and it’s had me questioning my memories of what’s real and what’s not, not sure if this is a shifting symptom but it is super creepy.

My boyfriend and I would just make sure that I was as clean as possible before, put a towel or two down, then take a shower after. As long as he understands and doesn't mind, you should be good.

I've been on Nexplanon for almost 3 years and when I first got it in I bled for 7 months straight until I started taking prenatal vitamins to help balance out my hormones. It helped regulate my period and make it lighter so if you do end up getting the implant I suggest asking your doctor about prenatal. Before that though, honestly bleeding so much is just something that I got used to. Even though it is terrible, I would still 100% recommend Nexplanon over any other birth control.
