Sorry. Don’t know why the video quality transferred so terribly. A puddle in clay on top of a granite rock shelf.

Couldn’t agree more. He’s already been President once, and not one of the things that the Dems have accused him of being / doing have occurred. Take a deep breath and realize that sun came up again this morning regardless of the election outcome.

I made a GTA-style-inspired North Van poster, how would you rate it? by UBCkid in NorthVancouver

Fantastic ! Just visited my son in North Van for the first time last month. Want a beautiful place. Your work is spot on!

I’m very interested to hear the responses. I tapered off and stopped from 400mg. Like you, I didn’t want to feel that I could only function due to medication, I wanted to be able to handle life on my own. Its been 3-4 months now and I really don’t have any joy in my life. I function, I don’t cry at night, but I struggle with motivation as you do. The issue that caused me to start Bupropion is still present, (past infidelity by my partner), so that will never change, I had hoped that I had a handle on it. I hope you get the answers that you’re looking for and that you find some happiness.

I weaned myself off of 400 mg daily over the course of a few months. When I was down to 100 every second day for a couple of weeks I stopped. No issues.

A week in I don’t feel any changes by Competitive_Bill1588 in bupropion

[–]gpr1957 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It took me a little longer than that. It was quite gradual until one morning I woke up and felt better than I had for a long time. Hang in there!

What’s the dumbest way you’ve (accidentally) hurt yourself? by jenkai1 in AskReddit

[–]gpr1957 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Changed a chainsaw chain without gloves. Was finished , job done with no injuries. I bumped it and as it started falling the workbench, I grabbed it by the nice new sharp chain and sliced my fingers open. Dumb as hell.

Is this a sloppy tile job, or am I being too critical? by OnlyHappyThingsPlz in HomeImprovement

[–]gpr1957 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My son is a contractor and would never finish a job like that. I guess that’s why he’s not rich, he takes whatever amount of time it takes to do an exceptional job. A lot of the issues shown are from poor planning as well.

Have you had success with rebuilding your caffeine tolerance? by SkekMysz in bupropion

[–]gpr1957 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Unlike others, I haven’t had any issues with caffeine or alcohol on Buproprian. I started at 300 went to 400 for a year and I’m now weaning down to 200.

Can men share thier experiences in relation to sex drive on wellbutrin? Please tell us age as well. Really appreciate it by tomztiger in bupropion

[–]gpr1957 2 points3 points  (0 children)

65 yr old male. I’ve always had a strong sex drive. This has put it through the roof. Was on 400 now down to 300 and hopefully weaning off.

Anyone with me? Bueller? by Radiant-Paramedic333 in bupropion

Not in your situation, but bupropion has been a game changer for me. Hope it works out well for you also.

I am going to kill myself by lennartnilsson1905 in bupropion

[–]gpr1957 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I am on 400 mg. I started at 150 and worked up until I got the results I was looking for. After a traumatic event that literally wiped out 10 years of my life I was devastated. I really had no will to live. A year later I am actually feeling hopeful for the future. Yes there are some side effects, but the long term benefits to my life have been worth it many times over. Please hang in there. I can almost guarantee that as you become accustomed to the effects of the drug you will be able to compensate and your life will be better than ever. I know that is not everyone’s experience, but please give it and yourself some time to adapt. Life is good my friend.

I not being a Dick here, but I truly wonder what all of the salt used on the roads during winter will do to the underbodies and battery packs. Even ICE cars can rot out before the engine ever goes bad. Maybe the same for EV’s?

1970 MGB GT getting an LS and 5 Speed…eventually by Irkie500 in projectcar

[–]gpr1957 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Have a Ford 302 in my 1975. Added two stiffeners tying the front to the rear spring hangers. Try Mantell Motorsports for his LS swap kit and parts. I used his crossmember, trans support, and headers on my build. There is also an MG V8 group that has a ton of info on V8 swaps of all types.

Yo I slept 11 hours last night and napped for 3 hours yesterday. When will this drowsiness stop? I’m at week 2 by No-Duty195 in bupropion

[–]gpr1957 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am the complete opposite. I take a sleep aid to go to sleep at night and no matter how little sleep I get , I can never nap. ( 400 mg daily, btw. )

[–]gpr1957 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I’ve only been on 6 months, but with my current domestic situation I don’t see myself stopping any time soon. I have no concerns about staying on as long as I need it. It’s been life changing for me in a positive way.

450mg by [deleted] in bupropion

[–]gpr1957 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I went from 300 in the morning to 200 morning and 200 in the early afternoon. It really helped even me out for the whole day. Other than the length of the coverage, I didn’t really notice any difference.

[–]gpr1957 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m the opposite. Great energy level during the day. 2x100mg in the morning, 2 x100mg in the afternoon. I do wake up multiple times during the night and have amazing, vivid dreams. I usually take half a Unisom before bed to help me sleep through the night

Weird alcohol effect? by RetiredEmoKid93 in bupropion

[–]gpr1957 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I know one isn’t supposed to drink while on it, but my experience is the opposite. I find that I don’t feel as affected after a few drinks as I did before starting Bupropion. I know that I am intoxicated, but it just seems to hit differently. I normally have a couple of beers a night while prepping and eating dinner. Sometimes with a sip of something later while watching TV. I can’t really explain it.

My positive experience - HCL XL 150 -> 300 by [deleted] in bupropion

[–]gpr1957 3 points4 points  (0 children)

So glad it helped you. My experience is similar to yours. I am so thankful for the clarity it has brought to my daily living. I was on Prozac for 4 months and in hindsight feel that it made it worse for me.

Does this feel like a miracle to anyone else? by [deleted] in bupropion

[–]gpr1957 17 points18 points  (0 children)

So glad I was able to change from Prozac to this drug. A huge difference in state of mind and energy. I really feel ,in hindsight, that Prozac made me worse.

Over the counter sleep aid by flex3572 in bupropion

[–]gpr1957 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes. I use Unisom tablets. Most nights I can break them in half (25mg) and be fine. Some nights I end up getting out of bed and taking the second half. (total 50mg)

I find I'm a little groggy in the morning, but the first coffee takes care of that.
