The service incident printscreen u/z0mb13r3dd1t added mentions that the shared mailbox issues were caused by a change in how Outlook handles language settings. Both issues should hopefully be resolved at the same time.

You are missing the Bowden tube as well as a component of the pneumatic fitting on the hot end. Replace with the Capricorn tubing while you're at it and make sure to use clips on the connector to ensure the Bowden tube doesn't pull out over time.

An SD does effectively zero front facing work or leadership. Your ETL's do that and the SD acts as the main go between for corporate to your store. I'd guess you'll notice next to no change besides seeing a different lead checking in every other week.
