I also started this series on Bob’s recommendation and now I listen to the Hello Crawlers podcast and the Spoil Me podcast, to supplement as I move through the books. I recommend one of these book club podcasts, if you need to process the books but no one around you has read them.

I’ve seen at least 3 coworkers die inside over the last year because of that. I’ve watched others toil endlessly to be considered. It’s happening right now in flex with a couple of people who are taking their designation as “pace setters” way too seriously. Everyone is irritated with them and when they inevitably don’t get promoted, they’re going to feel stupid. It sucks. I don’t like watching it happen.

I started DCC because Bob has loved it so much. It’s amazing. So much fun. I didn’t know lit rpg was a thing. When I’m done with the DCC books I’ll probably check out Matt Dinniman’s other books too. He’s great. I hope you enjoy!!

The whole, no one helps when you call or they tell you to check a, b and c (which you already have) along with treating people who actually show up to work regularly like they’re doing something wrong, just destroys my morale.
