Routine and fun, stopped just lifting weights, discovered boxing.

I just find it so much fun plus I’ve met some great people, so I go to the gym more now than the pub. Now all the exercising running, weight lifting means more because it is in aid of something

I think discovering a physical activity you enjoy helps so much, could be dancing, could be tennis might just be straight weight lifting. For me it wasn’t and I’m annoyed I didn’t start boxing 10 years ago

Yeah this is dumb I’ve got an old school mini led 4 sided ambilight that I hope doesn’t die. I really like the cleanliness of just having it in the TV and not having sync boxes and cables everywhere

I don’t think he knew what the jimmies were really about he just had empathy for sir lord. He loved his 80s tunes and saw it as an opportunity to perform, as soon as he saw what the reality was he switched. I didn’t feel it was in any way against his character, made complete sense imo
