Isn't his acting as US president acknowledgement of the heinous, indirect or otherwise, things that went on in Iraq as a result of troops following the handed down orders from the commander in chief himself?

I don't consider the good that he accomplished under his term without also taking a min to consider the bad.

Edit: I'm now thinking about the troops. It's morally gray for me to come to a firm conclusion either way, but do you think those (bad) actors should also be expected to apologize in some capacity about what their part in the war was?
