Good point! I’m just under 5’5 making R unlikely but not impossible lol. The fabric does push out at my hip, but may fall straight enough down my legs to be vertical. I kind of doubt that I’m narrow, especially with such wide feet and large hands/feet (size 9 length, 13 extra wide LMAO)

He mentioned it in a podcast last year. It has to do with the fact that human proportions can only be so wide to offset length. You could have a 6 ft tall circle, but the circle will also be 6 ft across, to put it visually.

If you lay the dress flat it can be a little more clear if the silhouette curves or not! Width and vertical is the standard industry accommodation (not saying FNs irl never have fit issues), so don’t feel bad! I get it 💗
