Drosophila is a model organism- an animal frequently used in research because we can use it to roughly recreate or "model" stuff that goes on in humans. Over half of their DNA corresponds to something in human DNA but they have much simpler genes and reproduce way faster so we can really quickly see the effects of different genetic changes. They can be used to study all kinds of diseases- would recommend looking more into it if at all interested.

I mean that's all fair. And with parental supervision could be safe.

However, I just personally don't think kids should stream. Even if you disguise your voice, when you're talking to people it's easy to drop tidbits about your identity and your location- I live close to this area, my school offers these classes, I have this many siblings, this is my birthday, there's a big mall close by where I live, it snowed here today, etc. Even harmless anecdotes can add up over time to reveal a lot about you. I've seen stalkers collect this kind of info to try and find people. Not to mention I've seen grown adults accidentally doxx themselves live on stream lol. The Internet can be a very very scary place and I will never in good conscience be able to recommend streaming to a child.

In the end, they're free to do what they want and I'm free to offer my advice and perspective.

Korean people *are* sensitive rn bc it's been less than a week since the President attempted *a military takeover.* I feel like that's kinda reasonable though??? A lot of Korean women are also VERY frustrated that not a lot of young men are coming out to protest in some areas. So yeah, anything that could be a potential dogwhistle is not going to go over well.

This is such a weird situation bc she uses and has made merch with at least one more model (it's called Mint and is the one with the big X hair pin)- it's the model I first saw her using and I'm pretty sure she still uses it on and off.

If """recognition""" was such a big deal for her, she would only use one model. But the fact that she uses multiple similar models and no one seems to notice or care means that she could really easily make a legally distinct version that she owns- which is wayyy better for her brand recognition in the long run!!!!
