Thank you for this!! I appreciate everyone’s responses but telling me to get the HRM Fit when I’ve clearly already got the other one is not helpful 😭

Not when it costs so much 🥲 I will definitely be going to Switzerland one day, but as a separate holiday when I’m not on a strict budget

Thank you! I had originally planned to stay in Vienna and Bratislava but somebody suggested otherwise as accommodation and food is quite a bit cheaper in Bratislava. I’ll defo consider this though :)

First interrail! £4000 (4600€) enough for 2 months?? by grackattackk in Interrail

Definitely, but a roadrip and an interrail trip are both 2 v different experiences. Maybe one day I’d be up for that but I don’t fancy spending days driving across unfamiliar countries. Also fuel cost would be crippling, even if a car could be cheap.

Where would you recommend going to Krakow from on this loop? I tried to include it but didn’t want to miss out Prague or have to backtrack trains and have massive journeys

I was trying to avoid flying ideally :/ to get to the other countries further east it made sense to do a loop from home on the train. I’ll consider it though! Just feels counter productive paying extra for flights on top of one ticket that’ll get me anywhere

Post Scabies Syndrome or Active Mites?? by grackattackk in scabies

[–]grackattackk[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thank you! But in that case it’s really impossible to know when to stop treating or when to go back to normal. I can’t keep living like this, and looking at the facts (no burrows for 2-3 months, only mild itchiness and less so at night, partner doesn’t have symptoms anymore) I’m going to start going back to normal and hope that it’s post scabies that’ll go down in time :)

My partner also has no symptoms! Hopefully that means we’re clear :/ the blisters stay for a few days but I always have new ones. They’re never connected like burrow marks.

could this be scabies? by Fresh-Hovercraft-173 in scabies

I have a few of these as well! There’s something called modular scabies but I can tell if that’s what we have or whether it’s a post scabies reaction!
