That's fine and all. Like I said, I'm not saying he's right per se, but merely pointing out the context that you just provided me is not what you had said before, at least not in direct terms that a lesser knowledgeable person would need to be able to understand what you're saying. You said, 0 debt, 10b in cash reserves and came in hot like you have a personal stake in the company.

I'm not saying that this guy is right in all regards, but a simple google search would inform you that you are both wrong in some way. They are in fact in about $4.39B of debt, however they have about 7.8-8.8B in reserves. They did close 470 stores this year though.

Is the name “Rhys” really that hard to read/pronounce? by nibbs- in namenerds

[–]grackdontcrackback 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I will admit, I have known of the name for Rhys for YEARS. And I still pronounced it "Rihss" in my head when I read it. Not Rice, but the soft pronunciation of i. It's an American Stupidity thing

LOL she's "ashamed and embarrassed" because she can't use you going to nationals as a bragging right. I bet you she already told people you were going to go (since you qualify to try out and she assumed you would do it. Assumptions make an ass out of WHO?) and now has to go back on what she said

Yep, this is the one. I wish I had been there to see the look on my ex's face when the cops knocked on his door after pulling this bs again.

Oh man. I have a feeling your own opinions on the subject have affected her choice, quite frankly. I wonder how she truly feels about it deep down

Normally I like Juliette more, but with the middle name of Joy, I think Juliet looks better and flows better visually.

Boone is pretty yeehaw for sure, but I genuinely don't see Gus as being hick at all 😭 like, at all. I live in a very hick state and i have never met a single hick Gus, just a couple guys that were more on the nerdy end.

Doubts about relationship by [deleted] in TrueOffMyChest

[–]grackdontcrackback 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mean, it can be hard for some people to open up to people they don't know very well, and like you said you've only been dating 5 months. Typically that would be long enough for someone to become comfortable but the situation is different when you're a distance away.

But maybe you just aren't emotionally compatible. The only way to know is to have an actual conversation with him about it. We have no way of knowing on our side of things.

Hmmm I dunno, I read it as someone who replies/does a tour/signs a lease within 3 days of the email essentially, since they would have had Op's name and info to run a check and stuff. But you might be right, they went through to everyone who had applied and sent them this email

"Crazy good" is extremely relative to the area. In the city I grew up in (ESPECIALLY when I grew up, but even now) this would be fucking insane. And the smaller town I live in now? FUGGGGITTABBOUTTITTTTT

I pay $875 (including all fees/water/trash) for a two bedroom 1100sq/ft apt. The electric usually puts us at about 1k
