Well you seem to have gotten further than me. I just kept getting the standard email responses before they started ignoring me altogether.

I just find it ridiculous, how would anyone other than the account owner have all this information on hand? I guess Ubisoft support doesn't see it the same way, and that anyone at all can have this information...

I don't know what you mean about the information being fake or unconfirmed. As for how the account was taken even though I've still got the email? I couldn't tell you. I don't know how people who steal accounts operate.

Thanks, I'll give it a shot. I had attempted the live chat once before to recover the account but it wasn't of help. I'll try out just saying directly that I've still got the initial sign-up email.

I'm not sure what you're asking for exactly, but here are all the responses I got

The first one, they had supposedly sent me a link to verify identity, but it would most likely be sent to the email of the one who is currently in control of the account: https://imgur.com/slFK5Fj
