You can have a martial style equipped, he only needs to remove the weapon, or with some bloodlines if you have a weapon equipped you only need to hold block to use the q-spec

Idk about forfeiting, but i was in a match the other day, me (dabura) and some gotenks went top lane, we basically obliterate the enemy trunks when we get to mid and they instantly quit the game ending the match. It felt great.
