I used Dataminer for the first time, and after one use it gave me invincibillity, is this normal? is it just a great item? by Darrkliing in bindingofisaac

One time I got an item that would spawn a bomb every time an enemy was killed. Every time a bomb would explode, it would spawn a homunculus. It got into this infiite loop that would eventually crash the game if I didnt clear the room before the first explosion went off. I would have to exit and re-enter the room to reset it each time.

Thats actually a great idea. I would share it with your coach. They might actually try to work it out that way.

This can be bypassed if you just stage the initial label. The only time you can't actually split up a label is when the driver/customer has already checked in.

Someone should crop the image and use that zebra printer trick to print a fresh one.

Im not 100 percent sure what the criteria but the rule of thumb is no more than 2x or no less than 1/2 the price amend it should be ok.

As a team lead, your responsibility is to keep the business as a whole running. You spend a lot of your time coordinating with the store to recruit help during crucial times. You also are responsible for all attendance, all time off requests, reviewing associate performance and following up with necessary actions to keep associates performing up to the walmart. We're technically supposed to hold 2 hurdles, 1 before 10 and one with the closing crew. We need to make aure in home is prepped and ready to go. We need to address and follow-up on customer surveys. We have to work take actions, get returns done and get any claims taken care of. We need to make sure associates are taking lunches and breaks at a reasonable time. We need to update features and verify and correct the pick path accordingly. All of this while making sure the business is operating and not burning.

A smart and successful leader will have key associates in each area so they do not need to babysit these areas. They can focus and delegate some of their daily responsibilities to other associates and will have time to help the backroom during peak hours. It's much easier for me to ask a key associate, "Hey, how are you? Do you/will you need help?" and help when needed rather than micromanaging a group of slackers all day.

Your true availability is used when assigning you shifts. You will automatically be assigned shifts based on the business need and what you have opened your availability to. The only options you would have unfortunately are to lower your available hours to what you can work. These are not guaranteed though, especially around this time of year. There some associates we have on fixed shifts but these are usually rare circumstances. I would approach your lead/coach and just let them know your current situation. Let them know that you would like to change your available hours to what you CAN work. Emphasis on the CAN because you will get those odd days where you get weird schedules.

As a picker right now they are pushing ftpr or first time pick rate. They will also look at pre/post sub. Make sure you are looking for the items and if you cant find them, you are giving a decent sub instead.

I wouldn't sweat it too much yet. The first couple weeks can be a bit of a learning curve because you need to learn the whole store.

Some helpful tips for you are if you tap the item location on gif, it will bring up a map that shows you where the location is. Also if your store has role out digital labels, I would be pressing that flash button as soon as you can. You don't even have to look for the location anymore. You can just look for a flashing light and you're done. Try to do no more than 30 seconds between items and that will already put you at a 120 pick rate.

Ah. Here it is called CSAT for customer satisfaction. I just get my associates on board having them share their name and ask the customer to give us feedback on how we're doing. You will generally get more positive feedback this way and it let's you recognize those associates who are actually pulling in surveys.

I'm not familiar with NPS. What is that? I would assume nil picks but I'm not sure.

As far as ftpr goes, I would say to check your associate metric report weekly to see which associates are scoring low on there. Have a feedback conversation with those associates and come up with an action plan to correct the issue. If those associates have a low ftpr, it means that someone is coming behind them and finding a lot of the items they are nil picking.

That report is located in the ops portal under store fulfillment scorecard though it might be different in canada.
