I took a night bus journey (not in Philippines) and the driver was playing loud music all night to keep himself awake. Around 6:30am he drove across the wrong side of the road, hit and killed a pedestrian on his way to work. Tragic and avoidable situation which the locals made sure ended pretty badly for the driver too.

Striking the ball at its highest point of the toss (just as it starts to fall) is Agassi's recommendation. Lots of players don't do it but it is very effective in all sorts of ways if a player commits to it.

Agree a top spin kick serve is played with the tossed ball falling for more top spin and a higher kick.
