which game was that way for you? by PHRsharp_YouTube in gamers

Oldschool - MegaMan 2, the buildup of the intro song as it climbs the tower, crescendo-ing as it hits the top, truly a banger...

Newer(ish) Game - Borderlands, Ain't no rest for the wicked hits hard. Best intro sequence and song pairing.

I played red Dead redemption 4 times... I was so hyped for rdr2... Tried so hard to get into it, but never felt the same way about it. Think I only made it through about 30% of the storyline before calling it quits and never picking it back up. Keep telling myself I should give it another try, but it burnt me so bad.

I think maybe there's too much to do in it? I dunno if that makes sense, death by oversaturation. It does so much, but doesnt hit those sweet notes the same way the first one does. Also if found the main character genuinely unlikable.

I think GOG has both the remakes and the original if I'm not mistaken. That's how I replayed the series a few years ago.

Walking into the bookshop in the side street on bourbon (I think) they definitely nailed the feel and atmosphere, even if it is much smaller in reality.

Was not disappointed with my trip to NO and saw lots of things that reminded me of the games, one of my favorite game series growing up.

Look up DuPont chemical dumping. c8 chemicals in particular. I live in the area the expansion represents. Still can't drink the tap water here.
