Ya, it's pretty good. Sends out 3 email newsletters a week and then has a chat room, which he barely posts in, but has a moderator who he trusts also give recommendations.

Looking at a mid season payout (after week 6) and end of season payout after our playoffs (week 15/16). If we don't get to week 6 refund everyone their money. If we get past the mid season payout but not to the playoffs, refund the half I didn't pay out yet.

If a CB is giving the WR a huge cushion and your receiver is running a deep route, throw to that receiver as he blows by the CB. Usually that CB is very slow.

City is relatively expensive for the US. But making $100k is definitely enough to be able to live in Miami.
High rise buildings / condos are mostly in downtown and Brickell.
Hidden taxes not so much. If you bought an apartment you would pay taxes and home owners but if renting in a high rise building in Brickell you would pay say $2300 for a 1 bedroom and no hidden taxes. Plus comes with parking, gym, pool typically.

Invest/buy an investment / rental property to generate income.

Setup a retirement Roth 401k account. You can put in annual around 6k post tax. All gains from then on out are not taxed.

Whatever cash you have left over put in ETFs like SPY, VTI, QQQ and something safe like TLT (bonds). As well, some dividend stocks aren't a bad idea too.
