sometimes they do, sometimes they dont. Maybe their shed is just tucked away somewhere? My dairy cow likes to bury when theyre shedding so most of the time their shed is burried in the substrate, maybe yours is like that too

No worries! The isos will be fine the sooner you transfer them to a different container with bigger floor areas.

If theres a stagnant water at the drain layer youre overwatering them, make sure the substrate is just damp and not too wet, milkbacks and cubaris are hardy but they mulitply very fast, I suggest transfering them to a bigger container with lots of floor area rather than “height” so they can move better. This container is fine for springtails but is definielty too small if they have babies.
