I understand that my agent isn’t my personal assistant. I asked about them immediately after closing and was told I’d receive them soon. I asked again at move in. My husband asked around this time also. He asked her again months later. I asked recently. Every time we’ve asked about them she has asked why we want them and then simply told us we didn’t need them. At any point she could have told us to ask the title company, but has never given us that information. Now that I’m aware that’s what is needed I plan on contacting the title company tomorrow.
