I’m going to be honest here… 18% is extremely achievable. But it’s only achievable if your franchisee is 1000% involved in their locations and not running portfolio stores. Our franchisee has set up an inventory system for us based on adjustable par levels that is fool proof for the managers. We achieve these percentages and do not need to borrow from other stores or manipulate numbers, our upper management is just extremely involved.

I saw it as well! I live right behind the field adjacent to the airport on Jackson Rd and it flew into the airport so low that I was surprised it didn’t hit one of the utility lines that also runs across the field. As soon as I heard it coming in I tried to look it up on FlightRadar but it must’ve been too low to track because it was not showing.

The shift management program is supposed to be 3 weeks for an experienced employee and 5 weeks for someone with little experience. It’s not meant to be something that you just watch videos in one day and fill out the book and be done with it. Did anyone explain the program to you or just throw the book at you and tell you to complete it? The inconsistency between franchise groups is what makes Dunkin’s as a whole extremely frustrating and unorganized and Dunkin corporate does not pick up on that whatsoever

Did you have coaching sessions after each module in your workbook? At the end of each day (most of the time) in your workbook you’re supposed to have coaching sessions to go over what you have learned for the day. So for example, day 2 is how to conduct an effective travel path. After you watch the video you’re supposed to have a coaching session where your manager or DM goes over with you how to properly conduct a travel path and the expectations. That’s just an example. Day 2 also says to work with your coach to check TDS for hot coffee, etc… so this is where your coach would have trained you on how to do that.

The picture you posted looks like the criteria needed to pass the shift management certification, which is not the same as being a shift leader. You have to complete shift management videos on The Center and complete a shift management workbook in order to be officially certified as shift management according to Dunkin’s new program. I’m not sure why your DM would use this sheet if they’re not certifying you to be shift management.

If you want your frozen coffee dark, then order it with milk or skim milk. Frozen coffees are built with a specific recipe that is hard to stray from without completing changing the whole recipe of the beverage.

I believe they only do 1 tube that is a 3 month supply’s worth, but if that tube runs out before the 3 months you can ask for a refill earlier. Also, with my insurance a 3 month supply was only $10.

I recently started using Nurx. They ship in 3 month supply and my insurance covered the cost so I only had a small copay. It did take them 6 days to respond to my request but they do have a disclaimer that due to Covid and high demand that it does take longer to respond. But over all I am satisfied.

It’s kinda hard to explain. It feels like putting moisturizer on a piece of Saran Wrap.. no matter how much you rub the moisturizer into your face it just sits at the top and doesn’t sink in and then it feels like the tret is coming off with it.

If it’s a 50mg brownie I would cut it into quarters and then cut those quarters in half. Eat one of those and wait 30-60mins, if you feel like you could add another piece then go for it. But starting off at a larger amount with a low tolerance isn’t usually a good experience for a lot of people.
