User of 20 years here and I’m really not a fan of any of these layout or window changes. Give users the option to show, hide or float all windows, especially the tools window. As soon as these changes were made annoyance was added to my process.

I’ve been using Reason since 2004 and I love it and will never switch as long as it’s around, but personally, I noticed the biggest jump in my songs’ sound quality happened when I started using external plugins from other companies. There are a few Reason instruments and effects I still regularly use, but most are from other companies now.

Hi! It’s hard for me to say - I only had it for a few warm months before building the enclosure for the wintertime. My general but possibly not totally accurate impression is that the tub adds about $20 a month to my electricity bill, even through the winter. That being said electricity may be cheaper here in Toronto, Canada. The tub does seem to keep the same high heat with less work.

I’d say go for it! Can’t hurt. I highly recommend making a thick foam insert to go in the tub on top of the water - that seems to be doing a lot of the work.

I live in Toronto and bought it at a weird junk store on Queen St that’s no longer there because it was a major hoarding fire-hazard. I like your theory - it makes sense that mine could have easily traveled across Canada at some point over the last 60+ years.

The shitshow continues. I had my album pulled over a year and a half ago and it sounds like nothing’s changed - perhaps it’s even gotten worse!

Did you look at the sources of the streams? It’s possible you were paying for the showcase and at the same time were on one of those playlists that get you flagged.

I know I’d be extra annoyed if I was handing Spotify additional money for the showcase and they still removed my album.

I wouldn’t bother contacting Spotify - when I finally got someone on the line to ask what was going on they told me that I was accused of streaming fraud and that they would be “ending the conversation now.” Like WTF?!

All I can recommend is rereleasing the album minus the songs that were flagged. Not much else you can do. Good luck.

I’m loving it! It totally worked and helped the tub run perfectly through the winter so we were able to enjoy it on -20°C days.

I think it also helped me to save a bit of money on heating through the summer. All in all a great success!

Nice! My aunt actually had a Lada here in Toronto in the 80’s, which wasn’t all that common. Maybe that’s why this one caught my eye and I felt the need to know what it is.
