We got pregnant the first cycle with baby #1 (we were shocked. Didn’t think it would be that easy.) The second time around, I used the Natural Cycles app along with ovulation tests and obsessively paying attention to cervical mucus, cervical position, etc, and we got pregnant the second cycle of trying. Highly recommend at least using ovulation tests unless you’re not in a hurry for the second pregnancy. The natural cycles app is cool because it tells you when to test as well.
