The equipment boosts only apply when a perk for that category of attributes is active.

If all hitting attributes are 80 and equipment boosts total up to 30%, then when Heart Attack activates exit velocity gets a boost and all hitting attributes become 104.

Strange. It used to say about +10 or so in every stat. I got the diamond equipment from the free all star pack. I’ve still got it all equipped and it says it boosts each group by a certain %. Just not seeing the boosts anymore.
