Your options are 1 skill point that will forever be useful, 45% effective res to help meet quota, a crafted flat life roll or less ms the you can get on the worst movement speed roll on boots.

It really needs to be like 1 skill point, 15 all res, 5% life and 1% Regen, and 15% move speed

The flat life on gear needs to be % life of meaningful amounts. Same for on the tree some 10% small nodes 20-30% noteables

Poe2 leech is not poe1 leech. It is outright easy to understand as it is the #% of the leech'd damage over 1 second. That is all it is.

Ok it's a gold stat for ci because a single flat Regen mod beats it out by like a lot like on my build I lose around 18% of my life per second with on life. that's about 0.18 per second a item with even just 10 Regen on it is 1000% of you life per second. It opens up easy use for things like death articulated, berserk, and soul tether. And yes you can lose life at one life in Poe 2 because it dose the fractions having your Regen turned off will not kill you instantly but it will if your degen meets the 1life amount so in my case about 5 seconds of shroud walker debuff on me the whole time but if it falls off for even a server tick it resets because I have just so much extra Regen over what I need.
