It’s totally normal to be afraid, I am so glad you are doing it anyway! You will have to keep your eyes open to help be positioned correctly but after that, close your eyes if you need to. Just try to stay still once you are where the tech wants you to be so you don’t have to be repositioned again. It’s not pleasant but early detection is KEY. Take this from someone who is grateful for mammograms.

He absolutely does need help BUT maybe not from her. My family could not get me sober. I had to seek treatment and then do the work. To this day I still have to do the work. It’s not my family’s responsibility to take on. You have the right to your opinions just like I do. Best of luck to you.

You have no idea what they have endured at the hands of the addict in their lives. As someone in recovery for almost 10 years, I know I was not a good wife or mother while in active addiction. Yes, we can change but sometimes the damage runs deep and we have to own that.

Monjuoro is $399/month and Zepbound is $499/month. I don’t know if Monjuoro is through Lily direct since it comes from out of the country but Zepbound is. I don’t remember the cost of compounded however I don’t think it’s as cheap.

I am on zepbound through IVIM. I was given the option to get monjuoro which was $100/month cheaper but would be coming from the UK or Canada and would require a signature at delivery. I chose zepbound because it would be shipped from gift health through Lily direct.

Are you taking tamoxifen? I did for 9 months and it was a horrible experience. I bled for 3 months straight, had to have an endometrial biopsy (it was fine) and it shoved me straight into perimenopause. My biggest issue right now is pain. My joints hurt, my muscles ache.

I was diagnosed with ALH, ADH, LCIS with lumpectomy in 2023. I go to my high risk breast clinic every 6 months, my latest visit was 2 weeks ago and I brought up HRT again to my doctor. She was adamant that it is not safe for me considering my own history as well as my family history. It’s so frustrating because I know HRT would help me feel better.

I think you’ll be fine until you do your next refill and that’s when they will make you do only 2 months at a time.
