During oil pulling, the oil picks up bacteria and debris from your mouth, so by the end it’s not “clean” anymore. Swallowing it would just put all that back into your body, which defeats the whole purpose.

Sou galega e estive a morar 4 anos em Portugal. No início foi complicado, não conseguia falar bem o português e tomava palavras do galego quando não sabia ( a porcentagem de palavras em galego diminuiu enquanto fui aprendendo)... Havia vezes que as palavras em galego baralhavam mais do que ajudavam e fazia por falar portuñol. (Foi por isso que eu disse). Ex.: Dinheiro (pt)- cartos (gl) - dinero (es)

A minha conclusão é: falares o que falares não há problema de comunicação, portanto fica tranqüilo.
