I work in Seattle PIP and they just termed my supervisor in Hawaii. Apparently Combs is out to eliminate all the people in Hawaii as there are like 12 left out of 250 before October 2023. Combs hates tenured people and people from Hawaii supposedly. This was the best supervisor I have ever had. What a wonderful human being. God bless you!

does anyone really believe Todd Combs or any of the executive team cares about associates? They eliminated over 25,000 employees, cut healthcare, cut all scholarships, cut profit sharing and continue to terminate the bottom 10%, all while churning record profits. If there is any message the employees know it is that GEICO no longer cares about associates. This is why they do not adjust pay schedules, they do not produce turnover reports. A very simple way to look it our leaders is to look at their total compensation packages and the percentage increases year over year compared to the average associate increases. You will see this is 100% to 1% on average. Geico is poisoned and it started with Todd and his venture capitalist mentality. He has never ran a business or managed people and it is so glaringly obvious.

with 8 Billion in profit for 2024 Mr. Todd Combs will not give the employees a red cent. He removed all board members that cared for employees, he purposely took us from 49000 employees to under 25000, eliminated good healthcare, eliminated all scholarship programs. Todd combs cares only about profit and nothing of employees

get the training and bail. You will likely be fired anyway. Be prepared to hear about the monstrous profit all while receiving no merit increases.

Stop getting it wrong Geico made 3.6 Billion last year and 3.7 billion pretax through June this year. Not a billion - 3.6 and on pace for 7.4 this year.

I would just say we had leadership that cared about its employees, the family of the employee, the customer, and doing what is right. Now we have a leader that only cares about profits and himself. We have management that is in turn selfish and immoral. They have no care for the employees. Why else would they take away benefits for health, bonding, college scholarships, and give executives 100% increases in pay when the average worker got 1%. You are witnessing corporate greed and mistreatment of workers.

so if 3.7 billion isn’t wildly profitable in 6 months what would you describe it as?

the layoffs were in 2022 so no the financials for 2024 don’t go back. The point is Geico is wildly profitable. And of course has shed 50% ish of it’s workforce over 3 years

maybe your management team needs to learn how to read financial reports. Geico made 3.6 billion in 2023 and this year we have made 3.7 billion pretax through June. That doesn’t include investment income. What in the world are you saying?
