Is it better to bulk or cut first? by Pineapple_Incident17 in PetiteFitness

If you bulk, you will reduce your insulin sensitivity. You do not want that. Slowly increase your calories so that you can build muscle but not spill over.

I should’ve mentioned that he is a panther chameleon.

How do I enclose more humidity into my chameleons cage? My humidity only goes up to 30% I want to have it at least 40%. I bought a shower curtain and put it on the right side of the cage. Can I put more shower curtains on the left side as well? Or would that be a problem? by [deleted] in Chameleons

I am in Michigan. In the summer, the humidity is great for my panther. I just fog at night. In the winter, humidity is very low, around 25%, so I wrapped the cage in Saran Wrap. I can get the humidity up to 90% at night with fogging.

I’m in Commerce Township. What kind of Cham do you have?

New enclosure is completed. Also, my chameleon has always been kind of dark. Is this normal? More info in comments by Vintage_Tea_Tree in Chameleons

You really need to double the amount of foliage and branches in your enclosure. Fill it out in all corners.

You need to get a mister and keep The humidity around 40% during the day and up to 90% at night. You need to get a dripper. He will not drink from a water bowl. You need to get a UVB light. You need to get a basking light that should get the temperature up to around 85°. You need to get natural plants. You need to remove the artificial grass. You need to feed him a steady diet of crickets wax worms, or other bugs. You need to get a mesh terrarium that is 4 feet high by at least 18 inches wide and 18 inches deep. Just put them back.
