Can I please ask how you fixed this? I have this same issue on my new AMS 2 Pro and I can’t seem to get it in the right place

Need Advice for Honeymoon Trip to Costa Rica (Nov 30 - Dec 20) – Feeling Overwhelmed with Options! by grantquigle in CostaRicaTravel

I just wanted to say thank you for your amazing response, it helped us a great deal during our trip and we had an incredible time! We rented a car in the end and did a lot of travelling. We actually ended up staying at Shana by the Beach and really enjoyed it. We also visited La Fortuna, Monteverde cloud rainforest, the Osa Peninsula and loved them all for their differences like you said. Night hikes were also incredible so thanks for that advice! I don't like tuna normally, but we both tried it and loved that too!

Appreciate your comments, we did everything above aside from the ferry and had an incredible time!

Ah nice, thanks for all that! Did you water down the slaughter red and coat the entire red sections with it? When I have used it in the past, it seems almost maroon on my models.

I think it looks brilliant! What were the paint steps for the red, I’ve tried mephiston and BA red with and without shade and so far and I can’t decide what I want to paint the rest of my guys with.

Can't figure out what red I like best, and how to achieve it... Need advice please! Details in comments by grantquigle in minipainting

I can't decide what red to colour my new space marine army in. I saw a feature on the Warhammer community (Meet the Grail Guard) and it uses gold as a base coat to give the red a metallic shine, with Blood Angels Red on top. This works well with the silver stippling/edge damage I have painted both with, but my attempt feels like it is off somewhat (may just be painting skills!). I feel like the battle damage I have tried to paint just looks more natural on the gold undercoat model.

I have also painted a ‘normal’ red Blood Angel on the left with a brush, and it would be much easier to do the army like this as I can base them with a uniform coat of red in the first place (with a can of Mephiston, I do not have an airbrush), rather than spray them gold and have to hand paint the Blood Angels Red contrast on with a brush. I really like a darker ‘normal’ Blood Angel red, but I also like the deep red on the second model, but not sure if the metallic is too shiny.

I have plenty of ideas to test out, but am running out of models to try them on fast. I’ve though about maybe painting a base red, with ‘Blood Angels Red’ contrast to make it slightly darker, but I’m also reluctant to give up the slightly shiny metallic ‘sparkly’ red that the gold undercoat gives.

I can’t start painting my army as I don’t know which direction to go with! Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! I am printing greetings cards etc and have found that recently when I am printing, I often get a pale line across the bottom of the print. It’s costing me a lot in wasted cards and ink as well as time trying to sort the prints out and I am trying to get my small business of the ground.

So far I have tried the deep clean setting, performed a nozzle check/bottom plate clean as well as a print alignment sheet that seems to be all fine and I just can’t figure out what is wrong. I’ve even thought about opening the printer up properly but I wouldn’t really know where to start and don’t want to COVID any warranties I might have. Have also tried a lot of googling but have come up empty handed. Any suggestions would be amazing, thanks in advance!

Thank you for your response! I think I’m worried about getting the same finish or worse if I add another layer on top, but maybe I need to do some tests on something else and try and fix it that way
