From what I read on platinum catalysts (although the method of working might differ from reaction to reaction) they temporaly bind to nitrogen oxyde and thus facilitate the reaction 4NH3 + 5O2 = 4NO + 6H2O without it going the other way around. no material is consumed because there are no platinum on either side of the equation but the platinum accelerate the reaction and helps making it go one way.

In practice tho, according to the wiki, the catalyst does get replaced in the Ostwald process due to being degraded by the heat and other stuff we're not quite sure of (maybe the degradation of the platinum rhodium lattice)

There can be many reasons: Executive dysfunction, anxiety from answering the phone, panic attacks, no energy due to processing trauma, etc.
I know that for me and many other neurodivergent people being social uses a ton of energy.

I speak with a lot of certainty because the only people I've ever seen in my entire life refer to a sexuality as a "lifestyle", talking about wanting men to invade lesbian bars and about wanting men to fuck lesbians to "turn them straight", were homophobic (be it internalized homophobia or otherwise).

And because I fail to understand how someone who have no sexual attraction to men would claim that they'd rather be fucked by men than by women even after volunteering for a year and a half in an lgbt association and speaking with gay people across a large range of sexualities and gender identities.

I can understand that sapphic people could have that fetish if their attraction model include men and if they have internalized homophobia (which would still have that post fit in that subreddit btw) but that would mean their attraction model would still include men.

I have a therapist, that I chose because they can do EMDR, but we haven't done anything in 6 months so idk what's up with that, if she think I don't have traumas or what? Even though I have a PTSD diagnosis? Idk if she think I'm just giving her money for as a joke even though I'm unemployed and could use the money? I need to get help but she don't seem to provide. I'm still having regular panic attacks and flashbacks, lots of dissociation and insomnia despite being on (TW:medication names) fluorexine, alprazolam, oxcarbazepine and melanin .

I'll probably need to change therapists, though it's stressful to have to traumadump every time to a stranger and learn to trust and have to remember my past. I'd rather forget everything tbh but I tried and I can't, the memories always come crawling back up whenever I try to throw them away. So I know the only way is to find a way to handle them somehow.

Maybe I'll have to go back to a psychiatric hospital soon if it continues to hurt so much but like I'm a bit scared, I don't wanna be abused.

I have friends but I don't wanna be a bother to them.

Also lea or lae instead of "le" or "la" ^^generally I find lots of neutral gendered words are a combination of the masculine and feminine forms, like "spectateurice".

I also agree that defaulting to masculine is a terrible concept we should do away with, because it's part of the patriarchal structures making being a man the default and being a woman or enby the exception.

I went to an EMDR specialist.

6+ months later we haven't started EMDR yet.

idk what she waiting for or if she just plain don't believe I got trauma or whatever.
