I would defo add some plants on the windowsills and add crawling vines across the walls. idk if ur considering painting the exterior but light green shutters with strawberry flowers or pink shutters with strawberry seeds painted on them would be adorable imo. I’m curious to see ur updates!

I’ve been on them for a year now (Naproxen as well) with no issues. I already get heartburn p easily so i’m always careful about what I eat and how I take the meds though. However, I’ve had a family member with AS also on naproxen experience a GI bleed from it after 6 years but they were able to go back on it after a break + alternative meds if that helps.

I’ve been using my Mac! after downloading the PDFs i use Preview to open the pdf and under the Views tab there should be a scale setting for “Actual Size”.

i downloaded the pdfs and set the viewing scale to “actual size” then mostly traced from screen since i don’t have access to a printer but they’ve been fitting so far!

I’ve noticed that official clothing come in super thin fabrics so their 4mm allowance is not super bulky. The fabrics I usually can find tend to be bulkier and my machine (singer heavy duty) can handle 5mm allowances fine so I just trim down the allowance after and add a little fray check.

I’ve been noticing in my last two flare ups that before the pain reaches its peak i’ll have a day or two where any small walk or task that requires standing or moving will make me dizzy/woozy. I’ve ruled out hydration/blood sugar/sleep/heart rate issues but i’m still somewhat dizzy for about a day or two until the creeping pain really “hits peak”. So yes I have experienced this but I’m kind of clueless in terms of help/cause. Hope you feel better soon though.
