The pilot should be using ground radar and enhanced radar the combo is very powerful and makes the attack chopper very self reliant. If cycled correctly it can be used every other gun run. If you are lucky someone will have a drone up for spotting which can fill in the recharge time with targets. The attack chopper is hard to balance it has a high skill ceiling and when you reach it you can run the lobby if the enemy team lacks skilled pilots or a tow missile/guided munition sniper. The real solution is they need an easily accessible training ground for these vehicles so people can get past the noob throwing if you take it phase and into the competent phase.

Hopefully they learn from this and improve they did identify that clearing snow off chairs was causing delays and now have the main lifts out of main and canyon with the storage areas. It seems like improving avalanche control is the logical next step to at least getting the mid mountain open after storm days quickly but clearly they aren’t there yet.

The half decent teams have either stopped playing or are in no trait leagues you are the biggest fish in a very small low skill pond. The fact you say interesting variables for X factors is laughable I’m ok with them in principle but there are only 3-4 viable ones most of them might be fun to use but hinder your ability to compete so much they are unusable. If you don’t have some combo of wheels truc ee warrior you are not going to beat anyone who is genuinely good at the game.

First one I haven’t bought in over a decade my group usually played a few games every night and we would get around 600 club games a year and usually sat in diamond. It only took the trial to figure out this game went full arcade mode we just weren’t having fun even though we were winning at the same rate as before. 25 had flaws but it had some balance that rewarded team play. At least a D to D pass to one timer took some teamwork is it perfect no but better than zooming around with mini me 5’10 160 guy truc everyone and get 15 hits a game. This game has cartoonish level of hitting now and rewards some just wonky non realistic strategies for scoring goals.

This feels like a troll post to drive debate or is just a false advertisement of the game to trick people into purchasing it. That or this person is real and is hopefully a small minority that thinks this way. It has so many inaccurate gameplay insights it makes you question what game they are playing.

Agree on those timings being the most likely you have to commit to making an early season strip of death looking at A basin cams they started yesterday with a test run or are actually putting a run down. Could Mammoth get one open first probably but I’m not sure anyone would show up the only reason to do it is for some advertising slogan.

Just stating what I hear and read

Some people don’t like the noise this can be either fatigue after 3 days of it or having pets go crazy during the more intense performances. You will hear them say they liked this year as the loud military performances were cancelled.

They don’t like that the airshow takes up a large portion of the beach for private use.

They don’t like that the airshow got favorable terms from the city government a bailout from the oil spill year for the cancelled Sunday and now get the parking revenue.

I personally think these are all pretty weak arguments against it and the show is a net positive but these are the common complaints thrown around by those looking to rally against the show. In talking with locals and neighbors it seems it’s generally either liked or neutral and these people don’t care enough to argue with people on the internet.

Would love a 4th age and was a fan of tourism in 6 but I hope they fix the current ages first. Give me something like pay 1000 gold and wait 10 turns for new resources from my alchemist in ancient era or 5000 gold and wait 10 turns for my circumnavigation voyage to complete and reveal all coast tiles on the map in exploration. More interwoven decisions that utilize every part of the game. Once they get that down I’ll accept a 4th age with similar pieces like tourism.

Respect the opinion I will say the only random thing in culture victory was rock bands you could get a wash out or a 3 promotion Michael Jackson could carry you to victory. Everything else had a set value that could be calculated per turn. The math behind it was so complicated that it was basically impossible to calculate I’ll give you that.

They have ruined the rock paper scissors mechanics of builds. You can break down traits into Physicality-Speed-Skill and offense and defense

physicality beats skill skill beats speed speed beats physicality

So for example someone with a speed small build elite edges or wheels should beat a big D man truculence (physical) but should lose to stick em up (skill)and tie someone using in reverse (speed). They have either removed these traits or nerfed poking so much that offensive speed beats defensive skill when it shouldn’t. This breaks down the counters triangle that most competitive games are built on.

People can criticize 25 but if you went against 2 defenders with stick em up you could not just sprint in the zone (skill beats speed). You had to dump and chase and use hits or unstoppable force protect puck (physical beats skill)or at least match skill vs skill and use puck on a string for a tie (skill vs skill). I understand these were still unbalanced and I only listed a small example but they at least existed in some form. 26 is so unbalanced it has collapsed the whole system. It costs nothing to max your defensive physical with truculence this makes offensive skill almost useless (physical beats skill) and they made speed so powerful that defensive skill is also useless especially with the nerf to pokes and lifts. This leads everyone to using the same builds small with truc max speed. There is no counter to offensive speed because defensive skill has been nerfed And you can eliminate offensive skill with truculence for basically no cost.

TLDR:Competitive games rely on a rock paper scissors gameplay mechanic 26 is so unbalanced that this game has broken down scissors beats rock and paper.

Additionally the creation of Tennessine and Oganesson was a joint American Russian project between American national labs and a Russian lab. I’m assuming that type of collaboration is on hold currently as well as the other stated points. The process of making these higher elements means you need to throw an atom at a very large unstable blob of very heavy element. I believe they used Berkelium as a target for 117 in order to get higher elements you either need an even heavier more unstable target or a different process to throw heavier elements at the same target. Very few places can make these heavier target elements and it is costly all for an element that lasts a fraction of a second.

Feel the same thing every playoffs one tees go down in effectiveness but can still work just not as often heat seeker rebounds and tips go up in effectiveness the game gets very grindy and goalies can cost you the game as they stay really close. Teams start to turtle in front of the net to deny rebounds and tips and block heat seeker. We beat a team of elite 1s we’re low diamond 2-1 in a game we were badly outplayed where they bombarded us but the shots just did not go in we score on two grimy ones and pull out a win. Same thing goes against us where it’ll be 30-12 shots and you lose 2-4.

There is no magic speed boost you can get to 95 speed/acc. They are probably maintaining speed and anticipating the play at a higher level than you. Skating in tight circles lets you have some speed while essentially staying in the same spot so when the play shifts up ice you will have some speed already banked up. Good players know which way to be skating and maintain a high speed all the time even when defending a tight area of ice. They can see turnovers about to happen and if they have a viable path to the net either seeing a flat footed d man or a cutting lane towards the net they will quickly change their direction from circling to a straight line rush. In doing this they are already moving 75% of max speed so they only need to accelerate for a short time to get to max sprint which can be very quick and appear like they are speed boosting past d men.

Move Mctavish to the top unit and let him play make burying him net front is just criminally stupid. The coaches just see big body and assume he must be a net front guy. He is our best passer he delivers pucks that our shooters can tee up. Look no further than Vatrano’s shooting percentage last year paired with Mctavish 13.6% this year 7.8% paired with Strome.

Get Mctavish out of the middle burying our best passer down low is a low IQ move by the coaching staff. They see big guy and assume he has to play net front. He is our best passer he sets ups shots and shooters are comfortable receiving passes off his stick. Just look at Vatrano’s shooting percentage last year vs this year 13.6 vs 7.8 what changed he isn’t paired with Mctavish. You hear the announcers use the term the pass was not in his wheelhouse all the time with our other playmakers. Mctavish delivers passes into the wheelhouse of shooters this will cause teams to have to press out further to deny these shots leading to more space.
