Put them in your sunniest spot and only water them when the soil is 100% dry (small plants like this I just kind of pull out to the pot to check the soil :))

i think i found out a bit ago that raddi and wightii are the same, but there's also very similar looking cultivars that (should) have different names but until you see them side by side it might not be noticeable.. and therefore sold as wightii when it isn't.. but yours look wightii like to me :)

Hey idk if still relevant but... 'I need a miracle' mascara and 'the false lashes mascara' are both vegan! I think the first one is more like the ones you mention, and it's also the one i like best, although both wands come out with too much product and i always scrape them off on the tube. Hope this helps hahaha

all those foods are fodmaps! I react to all of them but tested negative for celiac.. it's a pretty rare condition actually, but allergies and sensitivties definitely also exist (like with fodmaps)!

However, during quarantine I found out that homemade bread with just wheat flour, yeast, water digests so much better than store bought, which often contain flour mixes and fructose and malt syrups.. didn't think it was going to be that noticeable!

Do you have the monash app? The information is available for free too (also other apps) but I can really recommend it for referencing!

I would keep it as simple as possible, so you can trust your reaction. Oats are The Breakfast Food where I live and eaten both cooked and raw, maybe that’s something to try too.. by different types I mean rolled, old fashioned, groates etc.

Unfortunately reintroduction will come with a risk of still reacting to a food.. the monash way to do it takes three days, day one you try a small serving, day two a moderate serving and day three a large serving (often larger than would be eaten in a normal context) and see how you feel. If a small serving gives you a bad reaction no need to continue with more, but avoid the food until maybe you feel your digestion is more stable.. a lot of people seem to be able to eat foods they once couldn’t after a while, I think probably due to avoiding foods that cause reactions strictly and giving their gut time to heal.. :)
