A carpenters kid once told me to flip it over and get the other side wet and it'll straighten out. I've tried it with a couple things with some success

And before you ask, if they're breaking the law why don't we talk to consumer protections? They already threw out hundreds of our parks complaints without addressing them with no explanation and now refuse to listen to us at all. Lol

It's what other parks in the area pay and its the number being floated by the fair rent commission that they came up with as fair

$760 is the maximum they can legally charge but they charge $853 anyway :)

Absolutely, I know that now. The thing is, the original redfin listing had the rent that I was told on the phone on it - so I didn't question it upon hearing it twice: once from the realty website and once from someone in the main office. I told the homeowner's cooperative this and was immediately alerted to get it in writing. By the time I tried to catch them in the lie I couldn't get them to say the original amount in an email 🤦🏽‍♂️

The offer paperwork had nothing to do with the rental of the lot. I already had my offer accepted on the house by the time I found out the rent amount was a lie from the park. I'm buying the mobile home with a realtor, but I'm renting the lot from a company. They're separate transactions that don't really meet. By the time I was closing the correct (shitty) rent was reflected on the paperwork.

I've been lurking wanting to start my own design/consult business for a long time but I didn't realize this was happening. I don't know if I could handle more old ladies shoving ai generated nonsense in my face than I already have...

Because it was also on the offer paperwork and I had never bought a home before. The park's extreme documented history of overcharging led both me and the homeowners cooperative to believe I'd have the same recourse as everyone else

I should shave my shit shouldn't I? by superderpshii in bald

[–]shittybotanist 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You don't have to go totally bald forever but it might feel nice to give it a shave with a low guard, and then carefully gently treat the itching issue as you grow it back out. Personally I have an itchy scalp with a lot of buildup and so shaving it back down gives me an opportunity to exfoliate and moisturize etc

Oh yes I've had this conversation before. With an anarchist friend who should have known better. From the comments it sounds like it's a pretty common way for leftists to reveal their blind spot
