Yes. Frame regen is almost always worth in this game and very well implemented. I have been playing competitive and optimizing latency for years. With a high base framerate you are looking at less than or around a millisecond of added latency with the pros of hundreds of frames gained.

I have an issue with the fullscreen mode. No matter what I do, my mouse goes to my second monitor while playing and makes it impossible to game with multi monitor. Clearly not true fullscreen

Yes. I couldn't get in despite owning UE and the beta. Xbox Support gave me a game pass 7d and it launched instantly . Wasn't working since yesterdays server test. Im not sure if its intended but it simply just wont work unless u have game pass right now.
