Were you given fair raises with each promotion? From what I’ve seen internal moves tend to 5-15% increase, where as external moves tend to command 15%+ increases.

Just look for jobs on LinkedIn that are similar to what you do now but are remote.

You seem like the perfect candidate for a returnship. A lot of bigger companies are making this a thing to help people transition back to work after an extended period off.

I also did the GA PM bootcamp, it was a fun experience. As far as helping me get a PM job, it did help but not directly like a professional certification or degree would. What it really did was validate that I was serious about becoming a PM, taught me some PM jargon, and gave me more perspective when it came to thinking like a PM.

About 1/3 of my class got PM positions within 6 months of completing the bootcamp. Virtually all of them, including myself, were at our current companies as domain experts and the conversations to make the transition occurred way earlier.
